Increase efficiency with version 2025.3 of Datakit convertors

Update your DATAKIT CAD data converters to benefit from enhancements to your processes in terms of smoothness, performance, accuracy, security

Version 2025.3 of Datakit's converters ensures reading third party software vendors update compatibility:

  • Fusion 360 to 2602.0.71 (one thing to watch out for is the change in numbering),
  • Inventor 2026 and its brand new ‘model state’ concepts involving a new arrangement of the tree structure,
  • Navisworks 2026,
  • NX/Unigraphics serie NX 2412 (till 2412.7000),
  • Revit 2026,

And while writing with Catia V5-6R2025.

The changes made in version 2025.3 reflect the development of collaborative work within companies. In the context of file exchange, they emphasise the importance of exploiting the different elements of assemblies as quickly and/or as precisely as possible, depending on the needs of the respective departments. Among these developments,

  • The reading of 3dxml files has been optimised to save time, particularly in the case of large assemblies,
  • Creo Parametric's geometric value tolerances (PMI) are read and adapted according to user configurations,
  • Properties, 3D views, transparency and visibility of Revit 2026 assemblies are read,
  • The Navisworks properties are applied to all the data in the original file,
  • Step takes a stage further by reading the material information attached to the product (names and IDs).

The increase in collaborative work leads to frequent data exchanges between interdisciplinary teams (e.g. mechanics, sheet metal work and electronics), which our converters make possible, as for example :

  • The management of cables and cable harnesses in Inventor 2026 has evolved,
  • Sheet metal parts in Creo Parametric are identified using colour codes.

Other enhancements have been made to take into account specific cases and to extend again the data exchanged. Find out more: solutions@datakit.com
