• Reading mode .qif
  

  Read QIF (Quality Information Framework) .qif files, an ISO standard format particularly used in manufacturing and inspection. Datakit's QIF convertor interface, along with STEP and JT, can be used to retrieve PMI (product manufacturing information).

• Writing mode .uni
  

  Write CAD files in Unisurf's .uni format (‘uni’ for unification and ‘surf’ for surface).

  Unisurf is the exchange format for computer-aided drafting and computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software developed in 1971 by Pierre Bézier, Methods Engineer at the car manufacturer Renault.
