Create "c:\flexlm" folder.

Copy your license file ( .lic ) in this folder (c:\flexlm)

Click right mouse button on "My Computer" and choose [Properties]
Or go on windows [Start][Control Panel][System].

Click on [Advanced] tab and press [Environment variables].

Press [New] in "System variables".

Enter variable name: "DATAKIT_LICENSE_FILE" and variable value: "c:\flexlm".

Then valid.
